Will my marriage be legal?

I am authorised to legally perform marriage ceremonies across SCOTLAND as a celebrant with the Fulcrum Foundation. There is no joining fee and you do not have to become a member for this but we do ask that you share our values and beliefs. (which you can find below and we can chatter more about when we meet up.)

I firmly believe you should be able to have the wedding of your dreams, so whether that is marching down the aisle dressed as Darth Vader or to exchange your vows under a moonlit night, as a Celebrant and Marriage Officer for the Fulcrum Foundation I can make this happen for you.

The Fulcrum Foundation

Purpose

Fulcrum’s purpose is to bring together likeminded people who share our beliefs in order that we may collectively reach into our communities and provide support in times of need.

We assist families and individuals through key transitional life events such as weddings, funerals, baby naming and other family milestone events where our services may be required.

We do this by creating and conducting ceremonies unique to them, tailored to their wishes and with our shared values at the heart.

Statement of Belief

At the Fulcrum Foundation (Fulcrum) we believe that in society, the greater good can only be achieved through, empathy, common purpose, tolerance, truth and compassion.

We believe that everyone is entitled to freedom of thought, to have a voice that should be heard and to have the right to express themselves.

We believe that every individual has the ability to contribute meaningfully to our world. Through the application of our values and beliefs, we aim to encourage others to join us in order that collectively, we can make a difference in helping people to have more fulfilling lives. In doing so we aspire to create a better world now and in the future.
